When I put in the FB ID # of course it goes to my regular FB wall. Can I direct it to a "Welcome" FBML tab I have.

What is FBML? If you have an URL to go directly to that tab, you can just use the External site type and enter the full URL instead of your ID.

I think it is now iFrames.

When I tried that, putting the URL in the external site type field, it made a star icon in addition to the FB one.
(Side note:I tested this change a few weeks ago. The star was not there that day, I just thought it didn't work. Then my client told me there was a star there near the other social icons. sure enough, So I took out the URL in that external field immediately. Here today, I tested it again and no star there.)
I just want the FB icon to go to my Welcome page.
Do you know if I can do that?

This is a new client that says she used to have it set up this way before. she is still using Joomla 1.5

A single link cannot put 2 icons on your page. You must have 2 links.

If you know what exact URL you want to link to, use the External Link and enter your URL without the http:// part, and select the Facebook icon.
